Our History

It's hard to believe (at least for us), but we've been building professional, world-class websites for over 10 years already. Erick Hoppe, the company's founder, developed his first corporate website (for Allergan Pharmaceuticals) back in 1996. From there he went on to develop numerous enterprise-scale websites for some of the world's largest corporations. And over those years, his natural curiosity, and love for everything new, kept him exploring the amazing variety of the Web's usability, especially in areas of database driven websites, community and social networking, and e-commerce.

After one too many battles with morning rush-hour traffic, Erick began to consider the unmet needs for friendly, professional Web development services right here in his own community of the Conejo Valley, California. (He and his family live happily in Agoura Hills, for those who are curious.)

Web Pros was born, and from day one, has always believed that providing true professional Web services means working with a customer-first philosophy, having an obsession with attending to the details, and possessing a deep conviction to continually improving the quality of skills and services.

While our history in Web development might fairly be considered both wide and deep, it's the future of the Internet, with its relentless innovations and its vast untapped potential, that keeps us really excited about the work we do.
